Drunken Boxing is a game that’s pure slapstick fun. It pits two floppy-armed fighters against each other in a brawl where balance and chaos are the main ingredients. The controls are intentionally loose and wobbly, making every punch, jump, and stumble unpredictable. It’s like watching two noodles trying to fight—ridiculous, but strangely captivating. The ragdoll physics are what make it so enjoyable; no two fights are ever the same.
Despite its silly nature, the game still requires a bit of strategy. Timing your attacks while keeping your fighter from falling over adds an extra layer of challenge. Land enough hits in succession, and you’ll knock your opponent down. But if you get too aggressive, you’ll likely end up face-first on the ground. It’s a delicate (and hilarious) balance between offense and survival.
Use the arrow keys or WASD to move and jump, and punch with the left/right action keys. Matches can be played solo or in two-player mode, which is where the game truly shines. The first to win a set number of rounds takes the match. Each round lasts just long enough to be fun without overstaying its welcome. Drunken Boxing is one of those games you fire up with a friend when you're looking to laugh and compete at the same time.
